  Un Poquito de Tanta Verdad
In the summer of 2006, a broad-based, nonviolent, popular uprising exploded in the southern Mexican state of Oaxaca. This documentary captures the unprecedented media phenomenon that emerged when tens of thousands of school teachers, housewives, indigenous communities, health workers, farmers, and students took 14 radio stations and one TV station into their own hands, using them to organize, mobilize, and ultimately defend their grassroots struggle for social, cultural, and economic justice.

  Hermanas
For two sisters, Natalia and Elena, their teenage years during the military dictatorship in Argentina were a source of familial guilt and long-suppressed resentment. After eight years of exile in Spain, Natalia, a restless journalist, has traveled to Texas to visit Elena, a suburban wife and mother struggling to distance herself from her family’s turbulent past. As the women seek reconciliation across a chasm of political discord and unanswered questions, they discovery a novel written by their father that raises specters neither can ignore.
