We will present the names of everyone who joins the Coalition to the judge in court. By signing up to be a part of the Coalition, you are helping us demonstrate that community members oppose this ordinance and the limitations on free speech that it imposes.

Coalition Statement:

As a participant in previous community marches and/or someone who intends to participate in future marches, I am joining the San Antonio Free Speech Coalition in their lawsuit against the City of San Antonio to defend the rights of the people to march in the streets.  Our coalition holds that the recently passed City of San Antonio ordinance on “Parades, Runs, Walks, and Related Events” violates our constitutional rights by charging prohibitive costs to citizens who exercise their free speech by marching in the streets.
